About Me
Hi! I’m Lizbeth Ericka — a passionate writer, counselor, certified yoga teacher, and children’s media researcher. I believe in the power of stories to help children grow, reflect, and feel proud of who they are. I have been so lucky to work behind-the- scenes as a researcher for some of the most beloved preschool television shows including Sesame Street, PBS hits like Rosie’s Rules and Alma’s way!
My mission is to empower children and their caregivers one story, one breath, one present moment at a time to build strong bonds at every stage of their journey.

Beyond the pages of my book, I offer in-person and virtual workshops that blend storytelling with yoga, mindfulness, and emotional learning.
